I think the coins of gerusoppa salvas was too much influenced by vijayanaga coinage

As per my knowledge Brahmi inscription is
Ra jno ve je ru da pu tra. Please help me in reading correct inscription .

Yes , off course influenced ..! by Vijayanagara coinage . They were feaudatorys to Vijayanagar in the begining .

Yes Mr. Basu , The ALUPAS of Tulunadu ruled the present day Manglore and Udupi region from 4th centuary - 14 th century AD .In their rule gold ,silver and copper coins were in circulation in Manglore & Udupi region .We never find any such dynasty which ruled for such a long period in Karnataka .

Please help me to indentify this coin with legend in Kannada as " RA" from Karnataka . Places of coin finds are Chitradurga Dist , Bellary .( Rayagada ).
